 I've checked the web interface (I was using a private developers access
 before) and I now see that it doesn't actually provide a filename for the
 download, and indeed the dependencies are provided seperate to the main
 file.

 Sorry for the misreported bug.

 It may be worth noting that the dependencies can be downloaded in a single
 file by clicking the "Download HSL depencies" button on the ma57 download
 page if this is not already noted.
