 This is a follow-up to ticket:
 [Ipopt] #67: Missing source files in MSVS solution file (stable version)

 I am looking for a solution file for MSVS (version 8) to build Ipopt.lib
 using Blas, Lapack and HSL
 so I can link with OS (which also has ASL).

 The versions for trunk and stable both result in undefined objects in the
 linker, and adding files shifted the problem but did not eliminate it
 (different routines are flagged as missing).

 I would be grateful for any pointers.
