 I am having trouble building the OS project with Ipopt.lib. The linker in
 MSVS complains about missing references. I believe I have tracked it to
 some source files in src/contrib/CGPenalty that are missing from the
 solution file:
 IPPiecewisePenalty.cpp
 IPCGPerturbationHandler.cpp

 Can you verify?
