Comment:

 What exactly are you looking for?  The values of the constraints is
 already reordered to be given to the finalize solution method.
 Originally, CalculatedQuantities was not given to finalize solution, but
 we decided to add that for "expert users".  In principle, one should be
 able to get all information one needs from there.

 I don't want to add a pointer for the TNLPAdapter, since that one is just
 a particular case of an Ipopt::NLP object, which is what Ipopt is only
 referring to.
