Comment:

 This is caused by using the wrong line-end character (Windows instead of
 UNIX).  It can be corrected by running the {{{dos2unix}}} command of the
 failing shell scripts.  I added a comment regarding this to
 https://projects.coin-or.org/BuildTools/wiki/current-issues.  In the long
 run, we will correct the subversion property for all those files across
 COIN.
