 To get the refered error I added the fortran example provided with IPOPT
 3.2 into the solution file example for Visual Studio of the IPOPT 3.3
 version.
 I am using ther setting of the fortran project provided with the version
 3.2, which by the way runs normally, but I want to make it run with the
 newer version.
 To see the fortran project setting, which I have just attached, you can
 use a text editor.
