 For some reason I cannot set some options with the above
 function.
 It prompts a message that hessian_approximation exits but I am
 using an integer and it shlod be a string, but I am using a
 string.

 I am using Intel Visual Fortram 91 in Visual Studio 2005

 IERR = IPADDINTOPTION(IPROBLEM, 'hessian_approximation','limited-memory')
