 From Adela Pages Bernaus in email to andreasw:

 {{{
 I've been trying to reproduce the 'segmentation fault' problem with
 small instances but they seem to work well.

 However, my model keeps on "segmenting" and before setting a ticket I
 would like to ask you another thing.
 In our script we hook subroutines written in C++ to AMPL. If I add
 the commands for including the hook and solve the .run with the small
 instances then it breaks. But it works if I delete a expand command.
 This behavior is not happening with the Ipopt 3.2.3.

 Do you think that there is some strange incompatibility between AMPL,
 our hook and Ipopt 3.3.3?
 Any idea of proof useful to isolate the origin of the problem?
 }}}
