Comment:

 Oups - it seems that I missed this ticket...

 If this is still an issue, please try it again with the latest Ipopt
 release.  At some point there was a problem with BLAS because the netlib
 directory structure, but that should be fixed now.

 If that still doesn't work, please also add the config.log files from the
 Ipopt and ThirdParty/Blas subdirectories.
