Comment:

 The warning messages regarding the compilation of IpUtils.cpp and
 IpStdFInterface.c are benign; you can safely ignore them.

 As for the /DELAYLOAD:OleAcc.dll error message, I don't know what it
 means, but if you can compile and run the code, it should be fine.

 Finally, there is no "Ipopt.exe" executable from the Developer Studio
 project, since it is not set up to compile the AMPL solver executable.  If
 you want to compile this, it will be easiest if you use the Cygwin or
 MinGW installation, as described in the Ipopt user manual.
