 Hi,

 I was trying to build ipopt with cygwin/cl but could not even start with
 the configure. Could you please take a look at it? Thanks.

 Setting:
 CYGWIN_NT-5.1 1.5.24(0.156/4/2) 2007-01-31 10:57 WINDOWS XP

 Configure Option:
 ./configure -C --enable-doscompile=msvc

 Version:
 Trunk

 Configure Error:
