Comment:

 MUMPS is supported, and works well on any Unix/Linux system.  The
 contributor of the Mumps interface had developed the interface
 specifically for a Windows environment, but we don't have project files
 for this.

 I will not be able to help you with this.  Please search the Ipopt mailing
 list for MUMPS/Windows issues, and if you can't find the answer, send an
 email to the Ipopt mailing list, I assume that the MUMPS/Ipopt interface
 developer will quickly respond.
