 Yes, the problem example comes with Ipopt. Unfortunately I dont have
 anybody close
 to me with Visual Studio experience.
 I also think the error is a result of compiling fortran and c++/c with the
 wrong settings.
 I debugged the code, apparently in MA27 there is no error, but after
 exiting this
 subroutine the c++ code calling MA27 casues the flag and error values -
 85......
