#51: NOT CONVERGING WITH FORTRAN EXAMPLE

I am using Ipopt 3.3.3 with the linear solver HSL, but
using it in fortran(FortranLinAlg) because I have intel 9.1 compiler and
also to avoid f2c (which as causing linking problems).
Now I can compile and link it, but the example provided
in fortran does not converge. Apparently the error is in
 the linear solver.
I have attached the IPOT.OUT file.

 p.s Using Visual Studio 2005
