 I think for some reason the configure cannot find the BLAS file. I did run
 the get.BLAS script and the BLAS folder was created in the Blas directory.
 I have attached the config.log file and here are the last few lines of the
 config message:

 ...
 checking whether -xlic_lib=sunperf has BLAS... no
 checking whether -lblas has BLAS... no
 checking for ../ThirdParty/Blas/Makefile... no
 configure: error: cannot find BLAS
 configure: error: /bin/bash './configure' failed for Ipopt
