[Ipopt-tickets] [Ipopt] #7: test bug report

This is a nasty bug... how about you fix it :)

P.S. I guess it works... Thanks for adding me... By the way, I asked one 
of the students here to post a ticket regarding the README file and lapack 
installation. It looks like it worked, but the notifications weren't setup 
yet.
