 User has trouble with FORTRAN_INTEGER_TYPE

 Description was missing.  Attached config.log file is from wrong directory
 (I need the one from the Ipopt subdirectory)

 I ran it now on my machine under Cygwin and cannot reproduce the problem.
 Will try to update Cygwin and see if that produces the problem.
