 I suppose this is a known quantity, but I thought I would at least raise
 the red flag. It's fine if you do not want to support these platforms, but
 I think it would be reasonable to then have the configuration fail on
 these platforms. Currrently, the configuration goes fine and the build
 fails. This is a problem for Osi, since it prevents it from building out
 of the box on these platforms (Osi pulls in DyLP as an external).
