[Dip] Fail to build Dip on OSX

Hello,
I download dip source code, and build according to the tutorial on https://projects.coin-or.org/Dip.Every thing was OK before ./configure, then I type "make", One error occured.

I have no idea abount what's going wrong....and how to fix it
