[Dip] FlopC ++ and DIP

Hi everybody,

I am doing some "Dip Learning" and sometimes get confused with
parameters settings in the parameter file in command line (--param).

So, by change has someone done a list of all the parameters (by
section) and how they affect the output or the algorithm workflow? Or
even have a algoritm workflow cheatsheet?
No harm asking :)
About the parameters settings for sections [CUT] and [PRICE_AND_CUT],
do they just overwrite the ones in section [DECOMP]?
