[Dip] RELAX-AND-CUT in DIP

[Ted Ralphs]

Saying that the relax andcut part of the code is "not supported" may be a
little strong. I would say that we are interested in getting that part of
the code working and I hope to get it working in the not-too-distance
future. If anyone wants to contribute, that help would be more than welcome!
