[Dip] Dip Digest, Vol 27, Issue 1

Some time ago I tried to see how can I get it (the relax and cut part of
DIP) work at least minimally but it took me a long time until I was
convinced that it is not easy.
Hugh, if you found any alternative I would also appreciate you to let me
know.
