[Dip] error log interpretation

I am not sure what the issue is from just the log.

My initial guess is that it is related to some subproblem (or master-only
col) that is unbounded in the direction of the pricing cost vector. This
would normally be dealt with using extreme rays. But, we have not yet added
them - it is on the ToDo List. The way around it, is to artificially bound
the subproblems with any finite bound.

Please send me the .mps file and the blocks file and I will investigate.
