Hi Ted,

Thanks for the new release.
Ted, he function UtilStrToLower is still problematic. It crashes because
perhaps the compiler does not see the '\0' as the last character .
I tried to replace it with the function I wrote last time but
 just don't understand why it does not disappear.
I use Win 7 64 VS2010 C++ Compiler.
