[Dip] Program output for difficult instances

When I use my DIP-based program to solve difficult instances, I 
frequently encounter the outpur line:
"Alps0240I Processed 0 nodes, has 1 nodes, best relaxed -1e+75, best 
feasible 1e+75"
being repeated over and over.


How should this be interpreted? My best guess is that DIP outputs a 
status line every few minutes even if no progress has been made, and 
that in this case DIP has not yet finished processing the root node. Is 
this correct?
