[Dip] Degeneracy Problem

Hi:

I am implementing an application in Dip, and based on values of
m_masterObjLast  and  thisMaster I get from setting

LogDebugLevel = 3
LogLpLevel = 3

I would estimate that well under 1% of the columns I add result in any 
objective function change. I am wondering if any of the other users of 
Dip have encountered this problem? If so, were there any algorithmic or 
parameter settings to help overcome it?
