[Dip] compile time error

Hi Everybody,

It looks tempting to try out DIP but when I try compilie it on mu cygwin, I
receive the following error in the last lines of output and make breaks.
I cannot figure out what is going on. According to recommendations at (
https://projects.coin-or.org/BuildTools/wiki/current-issues) I indeed use
the older make.

Does anybody know any solution for it?
