 I thought perhaps you ran Cplex direct and were looking at the bound after
 IP presolve. But, it sounds like you did not - rather you used DIP in both
 cases. I will need to investigate.

 I do not see any attachments to the ticket. Can you attach? Or send me the
 files direct by email? Also, please attach the two associated log files.
