 The attached patch file has 3 changes to:

 1) Make sure the heuristic gets run at the root node;
 2) Fix a problem with the initialisation of maxRCvec that caused me some
 issues;
 3) Ensure DIP doesn't crash if solving an LP.

 I hope these are useful.
