 SmallIP solves fine for me if you comment out the integerVars. It does
 throw an exception at SmallIP_Main.cpp:L88 - but, that is expected. That
 line is checking that the optimal solution comes back as 3.0 (the IP
 optimal). Since you change to LP, you would have to change that check.
