 Can you attach your code and/or input file (if using one of the given
 applications/examples)?

 I am not sure what you mean about just a master and no subproblems. Are
 you doing the regular cutting plane method or price and cut? Negative LBs
 on the compact formulation is fine. You don't have control over defining
 the extended formulation - the framework does that for you - and always
 uses lambda>=0. So,  I am not sure how you are getting negative lambda.
