 It would be better to be able start with user-provided dual vector to
 calculate the first lowerbound, rather than the initial duals found from
 the first RMP.

 Also, after the dual vector is found (by solving the (perturbed) RMP) and
 smoothed by Wentges' method, if the user can further manipulate the dual
 values, the incoming columns could be navigated away from parallelism,
 degeneracy and will help variety in terms of entering quality columns.
