Comment:

 Aaron implemented changes for this, but the weird scaling used in the
 DIMACS errors caused problems with convergence of the algorithm in some
 cases.  At least for now, we'll stick with using the 2-norm based criteria
 for convergence and simply output DIMACS errors at the end.
