[CppAD] Wrong subversion path

Hi all,

the subversion path posted lately (which is on
http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc/installsubversion.xml) should actually read
https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/CppAD/trunk/cppad as www.coin-or.org requires
authorization and /svn/cppad does not exist on projects.coin-or.org, but
/svn/CppAD does.
