Lili,
I know of no free AMPL parser. However, if you are interested in a
modeling language for mixed integer linear problems, you may want to try
ZIMPL (http://zimpl.zib.de).
If, instead, you want to solve nonlinear problem formulated with AMPL, you
may try the Neos server for optimization
(http://neos.mcs.anl.gov/neos/solvers), where you can use many solvers and
submit an AMPL .mod file without restrictions on the number of
constraints/variables.
