 Hi,

 if I run Couenne with a small timelimit (say, 3 seconds), then it is not
 guaranteed that Couenne also stops within that time (or at least within
 the first minute). For example, the first run of Ipopt in Couenne may
 already take more time, since Couenne does not seem to pass the timelimit
 to Ipopt.

 Attached is an instance where this may happen.
