 Well, obviously the CoinArrays elementU_ and indexRowU_ need to be
 extended. But I realized that it is not easy to do this because
 CoinArrayWithLength::size_ can be negative or zero even if there _is_
 capacity. I would hence appreciate some help in this regard. Comments?
