Comment:

 configure should have complained that there is no g++... If you could
 reproduce the problem and submit the config.log file that would be great.
 Also, this ticket really belongs to !BuildTools, so I'm going to close it
 here and I'd like to ask you that when you submit the config.log, please
 open a ticket at !BuildTools.
