Comment:

 Added a test for duplicate indices. The test is activated only if
 CoinUtils is configured with --with-coinutils-checklevel=n , where n is
 >3.
 On windows COIN_COINUTILS_CHECKLEVEL must be defined somehow. the
 following changsets fix this ticket:

 stable/2.0: 936, 942

 stable/2.1: 938, 943

 trunk: 940, 944
