 I've adjusted the unitTest so it's not such a Pollyanna. Portions of the
 unitTest (written by me)  note errors and try to keep going. The rest of
 the !CoinUtils unit tests die at first error. Added a boolean to track
 nonfatal errors and print an appropriate message at the end.
