	If you haven't voted, and think you might want to, the deadline for 
email submission of your ballot is 12:00 midnight Eastern Daylight Time

	If you plan to attend the INFORMS Conference in Charlotte, you can vote 
in person at the User's Meeting, Monday November 14th, 12:30, Convention 
Centre Room 211A.
