As I was making the two operations I mentioned earlier available for the
Osi sparse objects, I noticed that the Osi files don't mention anything
about licensing. They just say:

// Copyright (C) 2000, International Business Machines
// Corporation and others.  All Rights Reserved.

Shouldn't they in addition say something like: 

// Distributed under the IPL, see http://urltoipl

as is usually the case?
