WG: [Coin-ipopt] IPOPT MEX interface?

Hi

We are still working on the interface or - more precisely - on the make files for the interface.

I am sorry for the delay, but since we all have a lot of other stuff to do, we are only able to work on the interface pretty sporadically.
Anyway i guess that we should get everything together within the next 2 months or so.
