<p>I downloaded the CoinBinary-OptimizationSuite-1.8.0 version and tried to build using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 under Windows 10 64 bit operating system.<br>

<p>When doing so, I found the following problems:<br>

<p>CoinBinary-OptimizationSuite-1.8.0.zip\CoinBinary-OptimizationSuite-1.8.0\OS\MSVisualStudioOSCommon directory<br>

<p>contains only v9 and v8 directories not v9 and v10 directories as in other routines.  <br>

</p>

</p>

<p>The  new version of MSVC works only with v10 makefiles. Without the v10 files in this directory, one cannot compile the final binary.<br>

<p>Can this be corrected please ?  If possible can you provide the latest project files for MS visual studio 2017 ?<br>
