<P>I have been trying to use Cbs for my project but I can't get Cbc to
compile with cygwin. I did a fresh install of Cygwin on a Windows NT 4.0 SP6 and
a Windows Server 2003 machine but "make install" gives the following error:</P>
<P>make[2]: Entering directory `/coin-or1.1/Cbc/Clp/src'</P>
<P>.deps/CbcOrClpParam.Po:1: *** multiple target patters. Stop.</P>
<P>make[2]: Leaving directory `/coin-or1.1/Cbc/Clp/src'</P>
<P>make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1</P>
<P>make[1]: Leaving directory `/coin-or1.1/Cbc/Clp'</P>
<P>make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1</P>
<P>The problem occurs with the stable (1.1) and with the trunk versions of
Cbc.I tried to remove one of the duplicate targets
in .deps/CbcOrClpParam.Po and tried to remove one of the duplicate targets,
and then retried the "make install" but it still didn't work. I don't know if
this didn't help because my solution isn't correct or .deps/CbcOrClpParam.Po is
automatically generated. Given that "make" finished the first time without
errors I looked for the libraries but I couldn't find them. Thanks in advance
for any information or help,</P>
