Coin/Clp cannot be compiled with cygwin using -mno-cygwin directive nor
with mingw under Windows.<br>
You can use cygwin without the mentioned directive, or VC++ (6.0,
Toolkit 2003, or newer versions).<br>

I've probably found an incorrect deallocation of CbcModel::statistics_.
The bug can be activated by calling the function CbcModel::branchAndBound
with 1 as parameter.
