The submission will enhance the software by adding an additional option for selecting branching candidates. Currently, variables are selected based on their distance from the nearest integer. The submitted code will include another option based on the distance to the nearest integer scaled by the objective (only SimpleInteger supported). The source is based on the June 30th version of the COIN code. Just replace the original files with the submitted files and recompile.
