most coveted prize in computational OR". The "Cup Raising Ceremony"

the presentation of the awards, hosted by the '07 Cup Chair, Brad Bell,<br>
will be held at a congenial venue on the evening of Monday, November 5,<br>
2007 in close proximity to the INFORMS Seattle meeting venue. Nominees<br>
