<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">In order to avoid any confusion with
GAMS code SBB and because I can no longer really claim that the Sbb code
was a Simple Branch and Bound, &nbsp;I have renamed it as Cbc (Coin Branch
and Cut). &nbsp;At present the two codes are identical apart from every
occurrence of sbb being replaced by cbc. &nbsp;The Sbb directory and project
will remain for as long as anyone wants but will not be changed after this
Sunday.</font>

version 0.60 to 0.70!</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Obviously if you still use Sbb no changes
are needed. &nbsp;If you change over to Cbc you will need to do a global
edit on your files to change sbb to cbc. &nbsp;I apologize for any inconvenience
and I would be interested to hear from anyone who finds that the global
edit changes something else by mistake. &nbsp;Can anyone think of an English
word which has sbb in it?</font>
