Hi Rodrigo,
Thank you for your interest in CMPL.
You can use pyCMPL (included in the binary package) for running your model several times. It is also possible to read solutions and to manipulate parameters.
Please take a look at chapter 11 of the CMPL manual. There are also some examples.
